Supervision

 Introduction

        Supervision and inspection though different terms they mean more or less the same. The term inspection refers to autocratic way of going about with the work. The inspector fell they are supervisor to the headmaster and teachers in all respects and this leads to an entirely hostile relationship between the two. So the term supervision which is more democratic and understanding came into existence.
